Basic - $100

Our Basic Package is designed with your needs in mind. It includes recipes that are tailored to meet your dietary needs. Additionally, you will receive 1-2 personal training sessions to help develop a fitness plan that matches your activity level.

Once you sign up, you will have access to dozens of recipes from various cuisines. Also, you will have a meeting with a personal trainer to establish your activity baseline and create a fitness plan tailored for you.

Moreover, our physicians will provide ongoing medical and pharmacotherapy support based on your progress and needs. It is important to note that not everyone may be a strong candidate for medications, but there are many tools available to sustain weight loss over the long term.
